Point 5

Point5 is an independant Christian Rap artist with Pure Music Group. He is most noted for the single "Hope" which was played on most major markets and won an Independant Gospel Music Award in 2009. Point5 has a commanding flow with a very 'hardship driven' yet celebratory approach to the gospel. Point5 is often referred to as the "Christian Drake" because of his ability to melodically induce his rhymes during songs. This became a consistent nick name for the rapper after his single "Jesus is my Homeboy" was released in late 2010. Many other notable artist in CHH have referred to Point5 as severely "underrated" but Point5 was seen more in conjustion with rock/pop tours which may have led to a greater familiarity of Point5 outside of the CHH culture. Point5 was also the co-creator of Pure Music Group.
