Transformed

Transformed (Minster/Emcee) now residing on the Islands of Hawaii, was born and raised in an urban setting of Peoria, Illinois. Surviving two house fires’ (one in which almost took his life and he seen Jesus standing in His Glory) has looked to the world and church for answers. He eventually found a false sense of freedom and expression through Hip Hop which cultured him in the way he thought, dressed, talked and lived. After surrendering his life to Christ in (2004), his eyes were opened to the reality that his lifestyle was not pleasing to God after hearing an album ”Where there’s smoke there’s fire” from the Christian Artist: Flame. Immediately Transformed gave up hip hop and died to the culture completely. While growing in Christ, his heart felt heavy and full of compassion for those who were still enslaved to the music and a cultivated lifestyle due to ignorance. Since August 8th 2008 Transformed and his wife Tiffany have been on a mission to evangelize the Gospel of Jesus Christ using Hip Hop all over the islands of Hawaii. Since then a team has been built of 20 members of young men and women that they continues to disciple towards Jesus called (Bridging the GAP) who nationally released "The Great Commission" in Jan2010. They have ministered the Gospel to over 70 locations through communities and youth groups ranging from 25-3000 people including opening for Lecrae in August 09. Bridging the GAP has professionally recorded over 60 Christ-Centered hip hop songs and 3 full length albums distributed world wide and have seen lives encouraged and numerous lives saved. Transformed has now stepped into the solo realm for a season, teamed with various Christian Hip Hop Leaders to reveal a powerful message of God:: Declaring war on indwelling sin! Releasing his first debut Album in Dec-11-2010 called “WKG2W”(When Kings Go 2 War). Transformed believes that the “WKG2W” will shake the foundation of many Christians and awake Non-Christians out of their cloudy slumber and unto Christ! Transformed is -Declaring War on Indwelling Sin- and with the hope to lead people to the cross and unto sanctification. Revealing through the “WKG2W” Album that sanctification involves both putting sin to death and becoming free to love and obey, to lean on the cross of Jesus Christ and being empowered by Grace to overcome sin!!!!
