I think that Iz-real presents some of the best lyrics and style in the rap game. He and mac present a flow that even the unsaved and thugs take a liken to. I copped the cd when it first came out and still listen to it on a regular, I have unsaved friends who say that this is one of only a few Gospil hip-hop joints that they actually enjoy and that is a cd you can listen to from start to finish. I think EP fits a mold of people that and group that makes even thugs feel comfortable about changing there life. They are definitly the real deal lyrics and Style. - D-BookakaRam

i just got this cd yesterday.the the best things about this album is the drive these guys have for Jesus and his grace and how they deliver this content in their gritty rapping styles.the production really got me over the moon, with their main east coast hip-hop style mainly on the alum except for holla at me which is a southern beat.build up, intro, resist the system, bangin', after party, as real as it gets and amazed have the best beats..........all in Jesus name... which makes it all good.

always trust cross movement.....never got me dissapointed - Aden

Before I I say anything I would like to say this at the risk of sounding contradictory in my forthcoming statements. I love Mac and I love Al, but this album is uh...semi par when I rate it against a couple of the other CMR releases of the past. Don't get me wrong there are a couple of tracks (two or three) that stand out as banging records, but overall on a scale from 1-10 I would give it a mid 5. Now the skill set is low depending on what skill sets you are acustomed to listening to I would never put this submission up a against a Flame, Shai Linne,Stephen The Levite or Timothy Brindle.(not that any type of compettion or "battle", i'm meerly comparing skills not gospel content) They remind me of cats that you see spitting on street corners with a lot of potential but little or no studio experience, that's odd considering the fact that they've been around for the years. Apart from all of that I love the way big up Christ with whatever they lay over beats I believe thet this is an authentic Christ-Exalting joint for the masses to here.

That's the Reason.

This cd really opens your heart to receive from the Word. It is really a blessing. The lyrics and beats are really a knock out(fantastic). I give this cd 5 stars and beyond. The tone and attitude from this cd is firm, but at the same time is easy to embrace. Peace be with yall. - Desi

This disc is worth coppin' for sure (is there anything out of CMR that isn't?) but to give it 4 1/2 is ridiculous. There was a time in The Cross Movement when the cats could actaully rap to the point where secular cats were jealous (Abassador, Tonic, Phanatik, etc) but honestly, in comparison this cd is garbage. Most of the beats is pretty bangin' but aside from that, the lyrical talent (or lack there of) that is showcased in this cd would be lucky to get 3 stars from me. - Bowdizz

Solid Release

I think this album is solid all around. They got a couple of the best producers in the game JR and Mac himself that produced alot of the tracks. Love Iz-Real's gritty sound. It is worth picking up and you know hat everything CMR puts out is going to be solid. - Adrian Pina

but there are only a few songs I liked, maybe less than half of the album. The first track has a rock music to it, which I am not used to and do not prefer, they have a different rap style. Overall, I give it a 6 out of 10. - Johnathan

Bangin' Album

Just picked it up yesterday. Production was tight and the lyrics was even tighter. I was truly blessed to see and hear the gospel of Christ so upfront. We are missing alot of that these days. Awesome job, Mac! Yes, IT's a Banger!!! - 2Edge of 1Way

This album is off the chain....man when I heard the demos on Crossmovementrecords.com I was blown away. They spit and flow about the word of God without being ashamed to say the name of Jesus. And it's not that they just say the name of Jesus, they actually drop Scriptures into their raps. That right there is to be commended. - Cameron G.
