I love this "album"! It's so amazing. I mean no offense but for a white dude he can FLOW! But my favorite song is Awe-Struck. It just flows and has an awesome feel to it. - Kayla Iles

My reasoning...

My methodology in reviewing had more to do with evangelistic focus in regards to the album's message. When compared to such people as Cross Movement or Reach Records artists, Reith is on the lighter side of evangelism. I viewed Reith more in the vein of Grits, meaning its fun Christian music but isn't trying to give people bits and pieces of theological discourse.

As for the comparison effect? I played the entire CD for non-Christians and Christians and without fail they thought he sounded like Eminem or KJ-52, depending on who was listening. I thought it was definitely a fair comparison.

But, all said, reviews are always opinion and you do not have to agree with it. I just thought I'd explain a little. - C.E. Moore

This EP deserves a 3 1/2 to a 4. My question would be, where does he not have a Christian emphasis. The first song, Rain Down is a song all about Jesus lol. While I recognize that the beats aren't paced as mainstream as today, I still wouldn't compare him to KJ-52, maybe Manafest, but not KJ, KJ is on another thing, and B.Reith is on another. This style is def. fresh(idk where you would get the comparisons from, that's a unique thought though) - Lamar Gibbs
