Following the underground acclaim of his first project “Regardless” and commercial and nationwide success of his sophomore project “Born Again”, Knine is back with his third album UnderDogg.
UnderDogg features a diverse mix of songs that touch on every subject from the frustrations and joys of witnessing, to the joy of marriage. UnderDogg features guest appearances from gospel Castandout nton Jones who blesses the song “Smiling”, and Marvin “20” Davis whose production and vocal talents helped cement supergroup the Gospel Gangstas in hip hop history, continues to bring the heat on the powerful “Thank You”.
The smash lead single “Sister” which already has the airwaves and internet on fire features the multi-talented newcomer and Gotee Records newest star B.Reith. Reith also brilliantly helps Knine tell a tale of reaping the harvest of souls in the touching “Last Time I Saw You”. Perhaps the surprise of the album is the powerful “For You” which is gaining a tremendous amount of internet buzz due to the video of the same name, which mixes the incredibly powerful movie Passion of the Christ and Knines “For You” to form an explosive and inspiring video depicting Jesus arrest in the garden of Gethsemane and crucification.
