Alan C. Duncan

Following in the footsteps of two generations of ministers Alan C. Duncan brings the passion of a pastor and the fire of an evangelist to his rhymes. After praying to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age Duncan recommitted his life to the LORD at thirteen and had the honor of being baptized by his father in the chilly waters of Lake Erie. Since then he has been actively involved in his local church. He is also seeking to know and trust Christ more fully each day and serve him with his life. Along with his life Duncan has also given his music over to Jesus as well. Seeking to make sure his content is relevant and Christ centered Duncan has been writing lyrics consistently for fifteen years. After graduating from Malone University with a degree in Bible and Theology Duncan independently released his debut album “Fisherman.” After a five year interval of writing and recording Alan C. Duncan released his well reviewed follow-up album “Fresh Air,” and a uniquely creative piece entitled “DREAMER: The Fresh Air Mixtape.” Alan C. Duncan is also a co-founder of Duncan Clan Productions. Duncan Clan is known for providing imaginative music videos, photos and graphic design for other artists representing Christ. Duncan’s own music videos are especially distinctive. The video for “Fresh Air” is even posted on the personal blog of Sidik Fofana, a contributing writer to The Source Magazine. Alan C. Duncan believes God drives him to speak the love and truth of Jesus Christ to this generation in a way that is exciting and compelling. “I want to give people something that will actually impact their lives,” says Alan. “I don’t just want to entertain. Only Jesus can truly change a life.”
