As a member and lead producer of The Exodus Movement (a Christian rap group) since 2000, Kadence has rocked major stages in nearly every state in the US. Kadence is a well-known producer who has produced for the likes of Lecrae, K-Drama, Cam & more. He was nominated for a Dove Award for his work on Lecrae's album, Rebel. Lecrae's "Go Hard," produced by Kadence, has become the anthem of the NBA's Orlando Magic, requested by Dwight Howard before games.
Kadence's quick wit and street-savvy background make him an entertaining and sought-after speaker. He is currently the Youth Pastor at the Secret Place Church, and the East Area Coordinator for the OKC branch of Youth For Christ. Kadence enjoys training youth ministers and volunteers to reach urban youth, as well as speaking at Douglass High School in Oklahoma City twice a week. Following the release of his debut solo project, Going In, Kadence was nominated as the Best New Artist of 2010 by Rapzilla, a leading hip-hop website, and invited to speak on a producer panel at Dasouth.com's 2011 South by Southwest Unity Conference. The premier of his first music video, Die Tonight, featured a tongue in cheek depiction of the grim reaper dancing with the artists was met with critical acclaim. In over 10 years of ministry, Kadence has traveled the country speaking to young people, and performed on stages for thousands of people, but has learned in that time the importance of building real one-on-one relationships. He takes great pride in his relationships with students, friends, artists, and fans. His group, Exodus Movement, has been together for over 10 years and they look forward to the next 10........Stay tuned for the next chapter in his career!
