B.Reith #2 on R&B/Hip Hop Charts

B.Reith’s debut album, Now Is Not Forever, has nabbed the #2 spot on the R&B/Hip Hop chart first week out with solid placement at #32 on the Billboard Heatseeker chart and #46 on the CBA chart.

B.Reith, one of Gotee Records’ rising new artists, unveiled his 12-song Now Is Not Forever last week to fans worldwide via a live online listening party. He will be highly visible in the coming months as he criss-crosses the nation as part of two major tours, including the currently underway 30-date Creation Festival Tour, followed by a run of 20 cities on Winter Wonder Slam with tobyMac and Relient K. In addition, the first single “Antidote” is going for adds at radio with a new music video in works.

Jesusfreakhideout.com gave a solid four-star review of the album saying, “The overall range and obvious talents of B.Reith make this an easy favorite no matter what genre of music you prefer.”

As part of the mega-launch of B.Reith’s debut, Gotee Records and AmazonMP3.com partnered together to offer a free, 4 song digital EP, exclusively at AmazonMP3.com . Over 5,796 fans have downloaded the digital EP so far, which AmazonMP3.com quoted “If you like Jason Mraz or Mat Kearney, but wish they rapped more, you might also like B.Reith”.

Since B.Reith’s introduction to the music industry with his 2008 seven-song EP entitled The Forecast; the Milwaukee-native has been hailed as an artist who not only entertains, but speaks the relevant dialect of today’s culture. In addition, he’s found a knack for interviewing and hosting with his popular Something2Remember (www.something2remember.tv) video blog giving a behind the scenes look at recording, the marketing process, and insider interviews with some of today’s favorite Christian musicians.
