116 fan stabbed while delivering pizza, still delivers pizza

A pizza delivery driver was stabbed on Sunday at a Louisville hospital, where he had stopped to make a delivery.

The driver, Josh Lewis, proceeded to deliver the pizza to the emergency room before he collapsed, WLKY.com reported.

“As he was taking the pizzas out of his car and walking to deliver the pizza, he was stabbed in the back,” his manager Willow Rouben said. “Believe it or not, he got his pizzas delivered and collapsed in the ER.”

Pictures circulating alongside this story show Lewis, a student at Boyce College, has a 116 tattoo. He is recovering well, and a friend credited Lewis’ Christian faith for his perseverance, WDRB News reported.

“He has very strong will-power to keep fighting and keep going. He has a very strong faith in God and, right now, that’s what’s keeping him together,” Lewis’ friend, John Mike McGuire, said.
