Manafest to release new album, raise money for epilepsy as sister has third brain surgery

Canadian-based artist Manafest is aiming to release his ninth album this August, as well as raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation in the process.

Manafest is using a PledgeMusic campaign to fund the project, which will be his first independent album, and will donate five percent of the funds to the Epilepsy Foundation. His sister, Virginia, has epilepsy and will soon undergo a third brain surgery for it. Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch will be involved in the album creation process. Manafest’s previous album, The Moment, was nominated for Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year at the 2015 Juno Awards.
