According to a tweet from Reach Records A&R Street Symphony, the much anticipated music video for Lecrae's "Mayday" will be premiering tonight (December 13, 2012) on several MTV network channels (MTV Jams, mtvU & MTV2). Like the song, the video for the critically acclaimed best song off 'Gravity' will feature Mississippi raised Big K.R.I.T. and American Idol finalist Ashthon Jones.
The music video was directed by Motion Family, who have worked with several popular mainstream artist such as T.I., Lil' Boosie, Yellawolf & B.o.B. The studio also provided the visual for "Lord Have Mercy" the second single from 'Gravity.'
This will be the third video from Lecrae's best-selling release, but it won't be the last as there is still a video for "Fakin'" in production.
