KIDD Featured on Google Play Homepage

Infiltrate Music’s youngest artist and Rapzilla.com Freshman 2012 alumni, KIDD dropped his debut album ‘Muder My Flesh’ a few weeks ago to strong support from the hip hop community. The album peaked at #15 on iTunes Hip Hop/Rap charts, #15 on Billboard Gospel, and #49 on Billboard Christian charts. The album is distributed by Syntax and has been received well when they presented it to the tastemakers at the major digital retailers such as iTunes, AmazonMP3, and now Google Play. Each month Google Play does their Antenna Sampler which is a monthly sampler of 10-15 free tracks from essential up-and-coming artists from hip-hop to indie rock to world and electronic. KIDD’s title track “Murder My Flesh” (produced by Tyshane and ThaInnaCircle) is the 2nd track on the sampler.

The Antenna Sampler gets an astounding amount of visibitliy since it is featured on GooglePlay.com‘s homepage as well as their music page and of course their heavily used Play Store app. This is the first time that a Christian Hip Hop artist has been the featured artist in the Antenna Sampler, and one of the few times one has been in the sampler at all. Get the Antenna Sampler for free on Google Play here.

Fun fact: the photograph used was taken by Rapzilla founder, Philip Rood.
