Lecrae continued his journey into increased mainstream exposure yesterday with a special feature in the Huffington Post. The article, "When Hip Hop Lets the Saints In", was a special "behind the curtains" look at the expansion of Lecrae's ministry and brand. While numerous mini-biographies have been written on Christian Hip Hop's most recognizable name, writer Jon Ward chose to focus on the uncharted waters that the Reach Records artist continually wades through. The article also uses Lecrae as an indicator of a growing shift in evangelicalism away from the roots of traditionalism. While Lecrae has not been the first and certainly won't be the last public figure to answer questions about compromise and faithfulness, it's clear that a spotlight has been placed on his decisions. Top radio outlets, including Air 1 stations, immediately snapped up multiple Dove Award winning Christian rap/hip-hop artist, KJ-52's single, "Tonight," making it the most added radio single for the week of February 3, 2014. The single will be unveiled on Rapzilla.com soon, and is currently available to pre-order on iTunes now, and will release everywhere on February 25th. KJ's forthcoming album, 'Mental', which includes "Tonight," will be released April 29th by The Paradigm Collective.

"The music video and the song were basically about a community of believers coming together to give God everything they have in every aspect of their lives," explains KJ-52. "We just wanted to reflect that - young people defying the odds, and shaking loose the constraints of the things that hold them back."
