Mista & Mrs. Taylor (the Christian Hip Hop husband and wife duo) has just released their latest installment entitled "Set the Atmosphere". Picking up from where they left off with their 4th Man Records release "Love, Joy & Pain" the Taylor's are back still pounding the pavement with the Gospel through the vehicle of music.  "Set the Atmosphere" was birthed from the desire to worship God, bring hope to the lost and revelation to the believer.

DJ Primo, who chopped and screwed the 116 Clique's first collective project, not too long ago returned to Houston from his second tour of duty with the U.S. Army and was able to present the crew with an American flag that flew overseas in Afghanistan. How dope is that?
Next time you see the King of Christian Chop-N-Screw be sure to tell him how much you appreciate his service and sacrifice in our armed forces.

On Friday night in Royal Brougham Pavilion, Portland-based rappers Jelani "G-Natural" Greenidge and Jaamar "J-MAC" McKelvey, rapping about breakfast cereal, received enthusiastic applause from 150 attendees.

As hip-hop crew "The Iccsters," they performed during the fifth annual Night of Beats, including the song "Cereal," which features rhymes about rap skills and a relationship with Christ using cereal metaphors:

"The love of God compels me to move / and kind of like Kix, he's kid-tested and mother-approved. / So strong, you don't need to spike it / and makes Life so good even Mikey likes it."

During their set, Greenidge said that some people still think that being a "Christian rapper" is a contradiction, almost like being a "Christian porn producer."
