When I wrote the song “Edge of My Life” I was picturing families or that person who is struggling just to survive or make ends meat as the saying goes. I’ve experienced those moments in my life where I felt like I was on the edge of quitting or just in a hard place. 1 Timothy 6:12 tells us to fight the good fight of faith and the reason it’s a good fight is because in the end we win. We just have to keep fighting in the moment and know God always comes through even though sometimes it’ feels like the weight of the world is on our shoulders.
